“It is a rare and special occasion to go to a dentist’s office and feel relaxed. That is what happens to me now. After years of suffering through dental cleanings, cold water pumping onto my sensitive teeth sending chills through every fiber of my body, I met the hygienist, Rebecca. First I am offered spa services and I generally choose a hot scented towel for my neck…instant sooth. Then Rebecca talks me through what she is doing…she doesn’t ask me questions with tools in my mouth but lets me know what she is doing, and I like that. I requested WARM WATER and she simply replied: “I can do that”. What a difference and she has a very gentle touch. The staff from the front desk to the doctors are all female and I LIKE THAT. I have been visiting dentists since they used mercury in fillings and I have never felt more at ease during a cleaning.”

I have a very real and serious phobia of dentists and dentist offices. People who have this fear will be able to relate. With that in mind, I have to say Dr. Vagnozzi-Bucci and her staff are OUTSTANDING! She recently replaced and added some new fillings. She and her staff put me at ease. They explained what was going on, gave me updates (half-way done), and were incredibly caring. If you’re afraid of the dentist, this is the place for you! Tell them when you’re afraid when you call up, and they will make every dentist experience pleasant! A real plus is they have dental techs who are qualified to administer nitrous during routine cleanings! A huge plus for me as I freak out a little when people get close to my face with sharp objects. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DENTAL TEAM AROUND! I am way more proactive about going to the dentist now, because I am not terrified to walk in the door!
